The San Antonio-based Lynd Company will construct the eight-story, podium-style building to include 190 Class A residential units. Situated at the corner of Park Avenue and 17th Avenue to the east of downtown in Denver’s City Park West area, the development will be situated on a 1-acre parcel. The project is due for completion in 2019.
