BL Harbert International is partnering with Atlanta based firm Cortland Partners to build the tallest concrete structure in Birmingham in 30 years – Vesta Apartment Development.
This project is a 17 story high-rise apartment in SouthSide Birmingham, the tallest structure since 1989. This building features a roof deck pool and gorgeous views of Downtown.
