MidSouth Paving is resurfacing Highway 78 from Irondale to downtown Birmingham.
Alabama Highways, Roadways and Construction projects have seen a slight improvement in productivity due to the response to COVID-19. This has allowed essential construction activity such as highway paving and roadwork to become safer and more productive from reduced roadway traffic. Construction workers are practicing safe operating procedures during this time.
