The Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center is a first-of-its-kind project for Auburn University. With a $110 million budget, the 142,000 SF facility is set to provide students interested in hospitality and culinary sciences with hands-on learning experiences in a teaching hotel and restaurant, as well as a range of classrooms and demonstration and food production laboratories. The 7-story building is a mainly concrete structure with the brewery and rooftop having steel construction. Anticipated completion is April 2022.
